What are Ketamine Troches?

Ketamine troches are small, medicated lozenges that dissolve slowly in the mouth. They are custom-prepared by a compounding pharmacy and prescribed for conditions such as treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and sometimes post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Ketamine has been used safely in medicine for over 60 years — originally as an anesthetic — and is now recognized for its powerful and rapid mood-stabilizing properties at lower doses.

Why At-Home Ketamine?

  • No clinic visits required

  • Ongoing support and follow-up

  • Designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience

  • Oral ketamine troches dissolve under your tongue and are taken at home — with careful screening, clear instructions, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safety.

  • Ketamine promotes the rapid growth of new connections between brain cells — a process called synaptogenesis — by activating key growth pathways (including brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF). This helps restore healthy brain communication in ways that traditional antidepressants do not.
