You can do neurofeedback while cozying up on your couch with a headband device while “playing” a game on your phone or tablet or listening to music. A typical course involves 10-20 or more 30-60 minute sessions, often 2-3 times per week.

The program is clinician-directed, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments integrated into overall psychiatric care.
